Pre-Construction

Our pre-construction service department works with the owner to perform preliminary planning and engineering in order to define the project, identify potential issues, and analyze cost impacts. This allows our team of managers to focus on overall project scope, schedule, and costs as early as possible to ultimately help the owner to determine what the project budget will be and even if the project is viable. A cost analysis budget can then be made and used throughout the course of the project.
