Our construction projects here at M.D. Descant, LLC begin with an in depth meeting of the project manager, superintendent and project executive to outline scope and schedule of the project. We determine what potential setbacks could occur along with long lead items needed for completion of the project. Strict costs analysis is done along with a critical path schedule showing sequence of events throughout the project. Weekly subcontractor meetings are held to make sure all subs are meeting deadlines set forth in the schedule.
Here at M.D. Descant, LLC we are a family company that has been in business for over 50 years. We have been fortunate enough to have many employees that have been with us for 15-20 years. This allows us to self-perform many scopes of work such as concrete, site work, and utility installation to name a few. By doing this ourselves we have total control of that discipline and know that the work has been done per the contract documents avoiding re-work.
